What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, the piece you ask about and your message. When you join the newsletter we receive your email address.

We do not ask for more than we need, and we never buy or sell lists.

Why we use it

To answer your message, to prepare a quote or an order, and, if you signed up, to send the newsletter four times a year. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter with one click.

Visit statistics

The site records basic, anonymous visit statistics, such as which pages are read most. We use them to improve the site, not to follow you around the web.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Order records are kept as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires. Newsletter addresses are deleted when you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to hello@halden.studio. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
